The Change Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of a large-scale business transformation programme. This will involve defining and leading a business change management strategy and communication plan, supporting operational readiness, and overseeing workforce transitions. Working closely with programme leadership, workstream leads and key stakeholders, the role will ensure that people impacts of the change are understood, managed and embedded effectively. Supporting the HR lead to ensure compliance, transparency, and employee engagement throughout the transition. This is a hands-on role, balancing operational execution with strategic oversight to deliver people-centred change outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder mapping and impact assessment
  • Development and ownership of the change strategy and approach
  • Conduct change readiness assessments across the business
  • Identify organisational risks and develop mitigation plans related to change adoption
  • Development of change champion network within the business
  • Partner with HR Lead to design and execute the change strategy tailored to project and organisation
  • Creating and implementing change communication plans ensuring consistent messaging tailored to different audiences
  • Develop training programmes and resources to equip employees with the necessary skills to adapt to new processes and technologies
  • Deliver clear and consistent messaging to employees, supporting engagement and understanding during the transition period
  • Provide expert guidance on change management best practices

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience of delivering change within large transformation programmes across multiple sites involving blue collar and white collar workforce
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Track record of successfully managing restructuring, organisational change, or integration programmes
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Experience of working with front line operational teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
