We're looking for an experienced Client Services Manager / Account Manager who thrives on building long-term client relationships, managing creative projects from brief to delivery, and becoming a trusted extension of our clients' teams.
The role
At PW Creative, no two days are the same. You'll work across branding, design, exhibitions, digital, video and marketing projects for a diverse portfolio of clients.
You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding briefs, coordinating projects with our creative team, managing budgets and timelines, and making sure we continue to deliver the level of service our clients expect from us.
We're a small, experienced team, so this is a hands-on role where your ideas and contribution will genuinely matter.

You’ll ideally have previous experience in an Account Management or Client Services role, preferably within a creative, design, marketing or similar agency environment.
We're looking for someone who's comfortable managing multiple projects and clients at the same time, can communicate confidently with both clients and creatives, and takes ownership of getting things done.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to make a real impact and help shape the future of our agency.
The details
Salary: £37,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Dartford, Kent
Hybrid working: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from our Dartford office, with Monday and Friday working from home.
