Purpose of the Job
To be part of the engineering team providing a reactive and planned maintenance service in a high end commercial head office. Site Engineers are to identify technical issues, provide solutions and carry out works to resolve the issues relating to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services. All works are to be organized and carried out in a safe manner and completed to the satisfaction of our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general Planned Preventative Maintenance Tasks as detailed on the Clients schedule throughout the campuses.
- To source, provide details and organise/accept delivery of parts required to carry out works.
- Carry out Reactive Works as instructed by the Client or Working Site Supervisor.
- Cover other Engineers in the event of absence.
- To complete Engineering Forms, with photos, at the end of each job, and send to Contract Support.
- Carry out Risk Assessments for each reactive job.
- Advise the Working Site Supervisor if quotations for extra works are required.
- Provide information for the Working Site Supervisor to update the Clients Smartsheet system.
- Ensure compliance to the Clients Permit to Work System.
