My client is looking for a Development Consultant to join the team. This role offers progression and is looking for someone to be a key player in a growing small (multi-disciplinary) Land and Property consultancy.

Responsibilities

  • Review schemes - market research, viability, some appraisal work
  • Manage client relationships - some business development, promotion at events & networking
  • Land agency - some sales & some land selling and sales progression (to ensure fee)
  • Report/tender writing and some framework understanding

Qualifications/Requirements

  • You should have some understanding of Development Management/Project Management
  • Land and Property Management experience
  • Planning knowledge would be beneficial
