Plumber Estimator

PW are looking for a skilled and motivated Plumbing & Heating Estimator in Kent to work closely with our Contracts Director and Commercial Director. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in supporting our projects and operations.

 If you are not an estimator but you have relevant experience please apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating the supply and fit of plumbing and heating installations for new build properties

• Preparing and forming drawing packs

• Inputting labour prices accurately

• Managing drawing amendments and changes

• Preparing warranty packs

• Handling health and safety documentation

• General administrative tasks

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive plumbing knowledge and hands-on experience

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications with confidence

• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail

• A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a willingness to grow within the business

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

• Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch)

• 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays)
