Job Role: Mechanical Project Lead

Area: London

Salary: £95k – £105k

My client is looking for a Mechanical Project Lead to join the team. Responsibility includes management and administration of works, ensuring a satisfied client, professional growth, overseeing performance management within their team, procurement, scheduling, and delivery ultimately completing contracts on programme deadline and in line with the company’s high-quality standards. Alongside strong technical ability and knowledge, clear communication is fundamental to the role, not only within their own team but also interdepartmental on different levels, with key supply chain partners and with clients/contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility of projects
• Preparing and issuing reports
• Developing procurement schedules in line with the programme.
• Ownership of project finances including managing sub-contractor’s invoices.
• Identify opportunities and threats to current and proposed systems while seeking for solutions to the problems and recognising need for change
• Health & Safety

The ideal candidate will be:

• Extensive pipe work experience
• Experience running projects from conception to completion
• Mechanical Qualifications and ideally mechanical degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Contract Management
• Solid technical knowledge of Mechanical systems
