We have an exciting opportunity for an Asbestos Removals Contracts Manager to join an established yet growing SE London-based contracting group, with a pipeline of domestic and commercial schemes across the capital. Clients include London boroughs, housing associations and Tier 1 Maintenance providers.

On offer is a basic salary of up to £55k + Car + Fuel Card + discretionary bonus + Pension.

Working across multiple contracts simultaneously, you will be responsible for reactive asbestos removal works; overseeing jobs, clients, compliance, and operational workflows, checking the previous day's work, pricing work from a schedule of rates, carrying out post inspections and audits, and liaising with directly employed operatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong asbestos experience – likely someone who has previously worked as an asbestos operative/stripper - but who has held a management position for over 3 years. They will also be a capable administrator: good with reports, scheduling, pricing and compliance, and having strong written and verbal communication skills.
