Our client, one of the UK\’s largest and most successful house-builders, are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to help sell a scheme of 90 x 3 & 4 bedroom family homes in Eastbourne (BN24). The site is open 7 days a week and the successful applicant will be working double-manned, based from the sales suite, on a 10am to 5pm, Thursday to Monday shift pattern. Duties will include: * Meeting, greeting and financially qualifying potential purchasers * Demonstrating units and selling to needs * Taking reservations * Sales progression * Reporting on sales vs target * Conducting Market Research This is a chance to join a huge UK brand, with a large, continuous landbank in Kent; ensuring job security and local employment. It is also a chance to access a brilliant commission scheme that includes up to Β£30,000 of bonuses, on top of a very competitive Β£32,000 basic salary, giving a Β£62,000 OTE! Crucially too, given the current, tricky market conditions, is their sales model, which offers purchasers the ability to buy their dream new home, cheaper than almost anywhere else and then upgrade to suit their budget.
