Multi-Trade / Plumber Operative Location : Croydon Salary : £35,000 – £45,000 PA, dependent on experience and competencies Type : Permanent

We are working with a leading contractor specialising in property maintenance across Kent. Due to our client winning new contracts, they are looking to appoint a skilled Multi-Trade / Plumber Operative to join their established team to cover Croydon and surrounding areas.

Role Description

This is a site-based role involving a mix of planned and reactive maintenance (occupied and unoccupied properties). The ideal candidate will have a plumbing bias , with additional skills in general multi-trade works.

Vans are loaded with materials, and the day’s works are discussed with senior management.

Daily schedules are shared no later than 5 : 00 PM the day before.

Working Hours

Working hours are 08 : 00 AM – 16 : 00PM , with :

• A 30-minute lunch break
• Two 15-minute tea breaks (morning and afternoon)

Monday to Friday : 08 : 00 AM – 16 : 00PM
