Job Role: Site Manager Area: Medway Salary: £55k PW Construction Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for our client in Kent. Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site activities for commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Create and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of milestones. Implement and enforce quality control procedures, conducting regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets the required standards.
