Overview
As Stockroom Manager you ensure smooth back-of-house operations and stock integrity to deliver a seamless in-store experience. You will collaborate with the management team to execute stock processes, drive replenishment, and support omni-channel initiatives. You’ll analyze store data, communicate goals, and lead with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. This role offers influence over stock control, RFID initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration within a global fashion brand. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to meet standards and objectives
- Process deliveries, transfers, and stock duties; accept deliveries into the system
- Organize stock and implement improvements in stock handling
- Ensure timely and correct replenishment on the shop floor via delegation
- Maintain SKU accuracy and conduct stock takes
- Analyze store reports and develop action plans
- Participate in weekly management and staff meetings
- Communicate store and sales goals, performance expectations, and guidance to staff
- Oversee communication boards and facility-related items (access, alarms)
- Serve as RFID champion for central London and support other stores
- Build relationships with HO, B&M, facilities, and loss prevention
- Provide feedback on product and stock concerns; produce weekly reports and actions
- Hold regular SR walks with SM or ASM
- Lead rollout and operation of in-store omni-channel and digital projects
Key requirements
- Experience in hospitality or retail
- Stock handling experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to adapt quickly and work at pace
- Knowledge of stock control systems (preferably FIORI, Store Force, RFID)
