Derby College Group (DCG) is seeking a passionate Youth Worker - ESOL to join our Lexis Team at Roundhouse campus.
You will support ESOL learners aged 16–18, including refugees and asylum seekers, helping them overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve positive outcomes.
Working closely with curriculum and support teams, you will promote student engagement, wellbeing and progression through a nurturing, student‑centred approach.
