Moog Aircraft Group is seeking experienced Assembly & Test Technicians to join our team at our Wolverhampton facility.
At Moog, we focus on the customer, designing complex mechanical products that are often bespoke and high-profile.
Our team works to exceptionally close tolerances, an essential requirement of the aerospace industry.

Working 37 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 7.30 am - 4.15 pm and Friday 7.30 am - 11.30 am.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly and test of flight‑critical actuators and subcomponents with high precision and accuracy.
- Using measuring equipment such as micrometers, vernier calipers, and height gauges to inspect component parts.
- Working from engineering drawings and component maintenance manuals.
- Completing quality audits and taking responsibility for various aspects of the A & T process, including the release to service of repaired actuators.
- Key Skills
- Apprentice trained (or equivalent level of qualification) ideally within Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience within an engineering/manufacturing role is essential, ideally within aerospace or related industries.
- Good knowledge of assembly and test manufacturing.
- Competent in reading and following different set procedures.
- Experience working within an aerospace quality system is desirable.
- Dynamic and proactive attitude.
- Security Clearance
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.
