Do you enjoy solving problems, spotting details others miss, and turning complex information into accurate, structured reports?

Looking for an opportunity to build a professional career where you can put the skills you've gained through university, college or previous work experience into practice?

We're looking for detail-focused individuals to join our growing Production Team in Woking.

You'll learn how to research, analyse and compile property information to produce Regulated Local Authority Searches (RLAS), helping solicitors make informed decisions during property transactions.

You'll begin with a structured training programme before progressing into our Specialist New Builds Team, where you'll develop the knowledge and skills to complete our most complex property searches.

This is a structured, data-led role where you'll work with digital systems and Local Authorities to source, verify and compile accurate property information.

Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as the reports you produce support significant property decisions.

Full training will be provided, so you don't need previous experience in property searches, just a strong eye for detail, a logical approach and a willingness to learn.
