We're looking for an Integration Project Coordinator to manage client-specific integration projects, train end users and help clients gain maximum value from the platform.

This role will help ensure clients receive a well-managed integration experience from initial planning through to ongoing use.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the full lifecycle of client-specific CMS integration projects, from initial planning through to delivery and adoption
- Train end users on how to use the integration confidently and effectively
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure integration targets are met and exceeded
- Support clients to fully utilise the integration and identify opportunities to improve adoption
- Create and update user guides when software enhancements are released
- Investigate and resolve integration-related support queries
- Maintain accurate reporting on the integration pipeline and project progress
- Work with the Development team to improve client solutions and the wider integration offering
What we're looking for
- Experience in project coordination, project management, software implementation or software training
- Experience working with integrated software systems or within a connected software ecosystem
- A proven track record of delivering results and managing work through to completion
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to deliver client training and regular project updates
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify data or code anomalies
- A meticulous and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience working with legal software, legal technology or professional services clients
- Experience creating user guides, training materials or support documentation
- Familiarity with CMS integrations, client onboarding or software implementation projects
Working Hours
Your working week will be 37.5 hours per week, typically 9:00am - 5:30pm initially, with opportunities for flexitime and hybrid working between home and our Woking office once probation is completed.
