Reports To: Duty Manager

The Job: As Box Office Co-ordinator you will be the face of Windsor Great Park Illuminated and will provide exceptional customer service to our guests whilst selling entry tickets, event merchandise and dealing effectively with customer queries and issues.

Hours of Work: Hours will be organised on a rota basis but will generally run from 3.00pm - 10.30pm.

Contract Type / Length: Temporary

Location: Windsor Great Park - Savill Garden

Rate of Pay: TBC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional and welcoming service to all guests at the Box Office
  • Deliver and maintain a high-level of customer service at all times
  • Sell entry tickets and handle ticket exchanges efficiently; training will be delivered on our online ticket systems
  • Set up the Dines payment systems on a daily basis
  • Set up the See ticket scanners
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues
  • Sell event merchandise
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to any guest questions or queries in a helpful manner
  • Escalate any queries or issues to relevant managers as required
  • Work in accordance with all Windsor Great Park Illuminated staff policies and practices

Requirements:

  • You will have previous experience working in a retail/customer service environment
  • You will be approachable and friendly with a customer-focused outlook
  • You will bring a positive, adaptable attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You will be tech savvy, confident handling cash and processing card payments
  • You will have strong numeracy skills and be able to learn our ticketing and token online systems
