Housekeeping Operative in Wembley

Location: London Designer Outlet
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, 42 hours per week
Pay rate: £15.05 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Various cleaning duties
• Machine operation
• Waste management
• Completing paperwork
• Communicating with Line Supervisor / Manager
• Completing trainings provided
• Attending team briefings
• Accountable for your tasks
• Health & Safety compliance
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team and remain calm under pressure
• Outstanding communication skills, both internal and external
• Ability to prioritise workload and build relationships
• Excellent attention to detail
• Customer‑focused approach
• Proactive, can‑do attitude to work
• Working on own initiative and taking full responsibility for the role
• Following processes/instructions
