As a Sales Consultant in your local store, your product knowledge and natural ability to engage with customers and advise them on sleep wellness will help them find the right sleep products for their needs, giving them that perfect night’s sleep every night, with the help of our unique sleep PRO technology!

We’ll offer you full training and support to do all this and to understand how we get things done the right way – we want to set you up for success, so you can hit the ground running.

We want our stores to be a place our teams can be proud of, so you and your team will need to get stuck in to help keep the store looking fresh and keeping your store clean and tidy.

Our customers come in when they’re free to shop, so evenings, weekends and bank holidays are our peak trade hours.

This is where you’ll have the opportunity to experience our fantastic, uncapped commission structure, so it’ll be essential for you to be available to work those hours.

We understand that you have a life outside beds, so we’ll ensure that you get the days back you have worked over the weekend – but there’s also overtime available at times.

We’re looking for Sales Consultants who take pride in great customer service, so you and your customers can rest easy in the knowledge that you’re driven to meet your targets in the best way – by giving them what they need for the best night’s sleep.

This will take a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to adapt your approach to establish their needs and ensure that your service is the mint on the pillow of their shopping experience.

Salary & Compensation

Base salary and on‑target earnings based on your target, with no upper limit. In addition, there is monthly store bonus potential when your store achieves its target.
