As a trusted L&D Manager/HRBP, you will partner with leaders to deliver the people strategy, drive engagement and performance, and empower managers to confidently lead their teams.
Working collaboratively across HR and the business, you'll provide integrated people solutions while also leading learning and development initiatives that support business needs (approximately 30% of the role).
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate role modelling of, and be ambassador for, HR business partnering across the area
- Develop a thorough understanding of how the projects are commercially viable and add value through people related activities.
Utilise people data to measure and improve project performance.
- Drive the talent review processes, and work with leaders to ensure robust succession plans are in place for key roles across multiple time horizons.
- Ensure that talent is identified, developed and retained on a consistent basis in a proactive way to enable business continuity and future capability.
- Connect our YLE, YVOS and I&D plans to identify themes and strategies to improve
- Drive successful engagement and retention strategies across the area to minimise unhealthy turnover.
- Actively support and work within the HR Service Delivery model, in partnership with HR specialist functions
Qualifications
- Effective facilitator
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Excellent and proven abilities in relationship management
- Track record of building credible relationships at all levels.
- Resilient - able to face challenges proactively.
- CIPD qualified.
- A thorough and up to date knowledge of employment law, and experience of practical application.
