The Talent Acquisition Advisor will support the indirect recruitment team at Culina Group, delivering high volume recruitment across Grade 1 & 2 roles on multiple sites. You will own the full end-to-end recruitment process from attraction through onboarding, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and compliant activity.
You will work with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand resourcing needs, provide guidance on selection methods and build strong pipelines to meet ongoing requirements.
