Pacific Life seeks a talented UX Designer to join our UX team and help design and optimize digital marketing experiences for life insurance and annuity products.

Responsibilities
- Support the creation of wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for marketing webpages, campaigns, and digital tools.
- Apply design system standards to our component library and contribute to consistent, scalable user experiences.
- Structure and organize content to improve usability, clarity, and discoverability for B2B audiences.
- Conduct user research activities such as stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing strategy, analytics, compliance, and development teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support campaign and product launch efforts by aligning UX deliverables to business goals and timelines.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to compliance and approval requirements across web properties.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a user experience role such as content design, content strategy, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience creating content for digital products.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences across all levels of the organization.
- Experience supporting or conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Familiarity with research and analytics tools.
Desirable Qualities
- Experience in B2B environments, ideally within financial services.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, etc.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay Range: $36.95 – $45.17 per hour (or equivalent).
