Schroders, a global asset manager, is seeking a Business Development Director for the UK to originate, develop, and manage institutional and professional client relationships. The role covers the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to expanding relationships, with a focus on private credit, fixed income and private equity strategies. Reporting to Global Head of Business Development, you will work across functions and present to investment committees, building long-term partnerships.
