The Bridge Academy is seeking a TOTAL Manager to lead the daily operation of the Time Out To Access Learning (TOTAL) Room, supporting pupils who have not met behaviour expectations. You will work closely with pastoral teams, teaching staff and senior leaders to help pupils reflect, reset and reintegrate, while maintaining high standards of student culture across the school and promoting a calm, purposeful learning environment.
