About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of Harrods and third‑party vehicles, ensuring goods are correctly staged, secured and dispatched throughout the weekend operation.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll work closely with colleagues across the distribution centre to support the smooth movement of stock while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and organisation.
This is a part‑time position working Saturdays and Sundays, with shifts operating either 8:00am‑4:00pm or 9:00am‑5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading Harrods and third‑party delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Ensuring all loads are correctly secured using bars and ratchet straps.
- Distributing weight appropriately when loading heavy pallets to maintain vehicle safety.
- Moving inbound deliveries and empty equipment to the correct staging areas.
- Checking outbound lanes for missed scans and resolving system discrepancies before vehicle departure.
- Supporting daily operational reporting and administration activities.
- Responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders where required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Following all Health and Safety procedures and reporting concerns promptly.
