This is a great opportunity to join our team – Employer of the Year Housing Heroes Awards 2025. We are recruiting for 2 Tenancy Specialists to join our team. Base locations across England with hybrid working; candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 1 day per week. Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required. This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance. You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of expertise on antisocial behaviour and legal action for tenancy enforcement.
- Work closely with field-based Neighbourhood Officers to ensure effective investigation and management of cases and that the most appropriate, cost-effective and proportionate action is taken.
- Manage a caseload of antisocial behaviour cases within your patch area, deciding on the most appropriate, cost-effective and proportionate course of action, and ensuring the right support is in place for those affected.
- Liaise with Local Authorities, the Police and other partners to gather and maintain evidence, complete visits and interviews, and progress cases through to legal action where appropriate.
- Prepare paperwork and attend/travel to court as required by the role and agreed with your line manager.
- Support potential fraud-related work in the future as required, noting that tenancy fraud activity is currently under review.

- Base location at Penge, Lewisham or Morden with hybrid working; travel across the region as required.
- Ability to travel across the region as required and work from the office at least 1 day per week.
- Post subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
- Eligible to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship.
- Reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
