Are you excited by the idea of joining a high-growth, data‑led business at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and technology? Do you want to learn how fast‑scaling tech businesses operate while developing valuable customer, data, and commercial skills? Are you looking for a role that allows you to make an immediate impact with real responsibility while being supported to grow? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

About us

Fospha is dedicated to building the world's most powerful measurement solution for online retail. For over a decade, we've helped teams make smarter decisions with full-funnel marketing insights, forecasting, and optimisation. With Fospha, every team moves faster and grows smarter. Trusted by leading brands across three continents, including Huel, Oh Polly, and Represent, Fospha manages $4 billion in annual ad spend. We're scaling fast across London, Mumbai, and Austin - and we're now looking for Customer Success Coordinators to join our Customer Success team to support the growth of the business from all things client facing.

Graduate Technical Account Manager

Kick-start your career at the intersection of data, technology, and client strategy. Fospha is a marketing analytics platform trusted by ambitious ecommerce and retail brands to understand what's really driving their growth. As a Graduate Technical Account Manager, you'll sit right at the centre of that mission - part data analyst, part product expert, part trusted advisor - helping our clients get the most out of their Fospha setup from day one.

This isn't a graduate scheme where you shadow for a year before doing real work. From week one, you'll be learning to query live data, solve genuine technical problems, and build relationships with client stakeholders. Within your first year, you'll become a genuine expert in how modern attribution and analytics products are built and configured.

What you'll actually be doing:

  • Owning a portfolio of accounts from the moment they sign through to go-live, acting as a key point of contact alongside our Strategic Account Managers.
  • Driving onboarding speed and quality - you'll be the person making sure clients get value fast, and get it right.
  • Managing post-go-live implementation requests for our enterprise and growth clients, configuring changes to their live systems.
  • Querying our database - learning SQL to query Client's data and solve problems (no previous experience required!).
  • Getting hands-on with the product - assessing, configuring, and troubleshooting client account setups using your growing technical knowledge.
  • Spotting risk early - flagging anything that could threaten adoption or renewal before it becomes a problem.
  • Building real relationships - you'll be on client calls regularly, and confident, clear communication will become second nature.
  • Working cross-functionally - partnering with Account Management, Partnerships, Marketing Science and Product and your wider team to keep everyone aligned on onboarding progress.
  • Using AI to work smarter - we actively want you experimenting with our Gen AI tools to find better, faster ways of working.

What we're looking for:

  • We hire for potential, not just experience. You'll thrive here if you're curious and proactive - you ask 'why' and go find the answer.
  • A STEM or Economics graduate (or equivalent analytical background).
  • Motivated by solving problems methodically, not just ticking boxes.
  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Interest in learning SQL.
  • Someone who builds trust easily, with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Comfortable in the detail - Excel-proficient and not afraid of data.
  • Organised enough to juggle multiple client priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Genuinely excited about where AI and emerging tech are taking this industry.

Our Values and Principles

You will be able to demonstrate examples of our core principles:

  • Seek inclusion & diversity: We create an environment where everyone feels welcome, and people are encouraged to speak and be heard.
  • Work Hard, Work Well, Work Together: We take responsibility for making things happen, independently and together; we help colleagues in need and close loops, making sure our work is complete and has lasting impact.
  • Grow: We are proactive, curious and unafraid of failure.
  • Customer at the heart: We care about the customer, feel their pain and love building product that solves their biggest problems.
  • Candour with caring: We deliver candid feedback with kindness and receive it with gratitude.

Above all, our people show a willingness to work together and get their hands dirty to deliver product success, which means our customers are successful!

What we can offer you:

Salary: £34k + discretionary 10% bonus. Be part of a leading global venture builder, Blenheim Chalcot and learn from the incredible talent in BC. Be exposed to the right mix of challenges and learning and development opportunities. Flexible Benefits included.
