From £28,421.12 up to £36,745.28 OTE pro rata
We’re looking for an ambitious and caring Personal Trainer to join our team at Nuffield Health. Our gym’s environment provides a supportive space where you can grow professionally while making a lasting difference to people’s lives.
Responsibilities
- Have full access to Nuffield Health’s range of services.
- Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
- Deliver a range of sessions and consultations with confidence.
- Carry out high‑quality inductions, Personal Best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties.
- Enjoy clear career progression and opportunities to move onto wellbeing lead and management roles.
- Pursue further training through the in‑house Personal Best offer, upskilling to LesMills instructor and group cycle, and additional CPD opportunities.
Your earnings grow as you establish your PT clients and improve your earning potential. PT sessions have a sliding scale; the more you deliver the higher your take‑home earnings.
Qualifications
All candidates must be a qualified Level3 Personal Trainer and hold a current CIMSPA membership at the Personal Trainer Practitioner level. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered for employment.
