We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of an efficient, high‑quality recruitment service across our Society. Working as part of a busy and collaborative team, you’ll provide coordination and administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle, helping vacancies progress smoothly from attraction through to onboarding.

You’ll manage a high volume of activity, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail and delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You’ll coordinate interviews and assessments, manage candidate communications, maintain recruitment records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), support offer and onboarding activity, and ensure recruitment processes are completed accurately and efficiently. You’ll also coordinate pre‑employment screening and background checks, monitoring progress and working closely with candidates and stakeholders to ensure all regulatory and organisational requirements are met.

You will support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with entry‑level and volume recruitment activity. This will include application screening, CV sifting, arranging and conducting initial telephone screening interviews, and supporting the creation of candidate shortlists. You’ll play an important role in helping the team identify suitable talent while ensuring candidates receive a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

You’ll be an organised, adaptable and customer‑focused individual with a passion for delivering excellent service and keeping processes running smoothly. You enjoy working at pace, managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Ideally, you’ll have experience in recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, HR support or a similar role where you’ve managed high volumes of activity and maintained accurate records.

Experience supporting recruitment activities such as interview scheduling, onboarding administration, CV screening, telephone interviewing or volume recruitment campaigns would be particularly beneficial. You’ll be a confident communicator, comfortable engaging with candidates and stakeholders through a variety of channels, including telephone, email and virtual platforms. You’ll understand the importance of delivering a positive candidate experience and take pride in providing timely, professional and engaging communication throughout the recruitment process.

You’ll be comfortable using recruitment systems and technology, with the confidence to learn new tools and processes quickly. You’ll have strong attention to detail and be confident managing recruitment data, maintaining accurate records and producing reports to support hiring activity and decision‑making. Strong Excel skills and experience working with recruitment data and metrics would be advantageous. Experience coordinating background checks, pre‑employment screening or compliance‑related activities would be beneficial. Previous experience using Workday Recruiter and other recruitment technologies would be highly desirable, alongside confidence using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
