Parcelforce Worldwide is seeking a permanent role based in Swansea (SA7 0AQ). Hours are 38 per week with opportunities for overtime. Two shift patterns available: OPTION ONE — Saturday to Monday & Wednesday 08:30 – 18:00; OPTION TWO — Wednesday to Saturday 08:30 – 18:00.

Compensation and benefits

  • Starting salary: £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour)
  • After 6 months: £27,561 per year (£13.94 per hour)
  • Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year (based on a 38 hour week and overtime)
  • Weekend Premiums: +£4.39 on Saturdays and +£6.58 on Sundays applied to contracted hours
  • Paid weekday and weekend overtime
  • Additional allowances: Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year); Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73)

  • A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
