Southdown is recruiting a Support Worker to join our Burgess Hill team, helping adults with learning disabilities live independently and with dignity. You’ll support daily living tasks, encourage community activities, and assist clients to connect with their local community through walks, cinema visits, and café trips.

Full training provided; no prior experience required. The role offers 20–35 hours per week, a permanent contract, and a competitive hourly rate of £13.45 plus allowances.
