NFU Mutual is seeking a People Data & Insights Analyst to join our HR division in Stratford-upon-Avon on a 12-month FTC. You will extract, analyse and translate HR data into clear insights to support workforce planning, talent management and the employee experience.
You will develop scheduled and bespoke HR reports and dashboards using Excel and PowerBI, perform data quality checks across systems, and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand data needs and benchmark.
