Contract: Permanent. Hours: 36 per week. Salary: £46,449 - £57,284 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of Clarion's Planned Asset Investment Programme in the east region, working with a Tier 1 partnering contractor.
- Develop, validate, and deliver the planned programme within a defined area with a strategic, value-for-money approach.
- Provide updates to internal teams and residents; ensure alignment with Property Services and Asset Strategy.
- In partnership with contractors, undertake stock condition surveys to inform programme scope; carry out site inspections before, during, and after works to ensure quality, compliance, and commercial control (including monthly valuations).
- Manage contracts, budgets, forecasts, and risk; ensure regulatory compliance and commercial control.
Qualifications / Experience
- Proven experience delivering planned investment programmes.
- Strong contract management skills; good understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Strong commercial experience, including budget control, forecasting, and risk management.

- Hybrid working: base at Stevenage Office with field work and travel; occasional visits to other Clarion offices; may cover schemes in other areas.
