Staff Nurse Outpatients / Pre Assessment – Part time 24 hour per week at Blakelands Hospital, Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to outpatients and participate in pre-assessment activities.
  • Deliver high-quality clinical outcomes and support patient safety and welfare.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and maintain effective communication with patients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate a warm, empathetic approach and a patient-centred ethos.

  • Experience in an outpatients department and pre-assessment (desirable)
