Our Incora Story is taking off.

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Stock Controller (Onsite Representative) to join us at our customer site in Southampton for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, our customers are at the heart of our business.

The Stock Controller is a key member of the on-site team, responsible for stock activities, primarily receiving deliveries and stock distribution, including into chemical cabinets.

The role includes stock replenishment and administration tasks to support requirements across internal functions.

Responsibilities

  • Receive deliveries and manage stock distribution, including storage in designated cabinets (e. g., chemical cabinets).
  • Deliver assigned stock to the relevant customer area and conduct replenishment activities.
  • Work with internal functions to ensure stock requirements are met.
  • Perform warehouse administration duties such as chasing part approvals, conducting stock counts, and generating inventory reports.

About You / Qualifications

  • Proven experience in stock management or warehousing.
  • Proactive attitude with a can-do approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; able to work under own initiative.
  • Confident user of IT systems with a basic understanding of MS Excel.
  • Valid UK driving license.
