Lifeguards oversee poolside safety and ensure members have a great experience while engaging in health and fitness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee poolside safety and respond to emergencies as required.
- Conduct pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and maintain accurate documentation at all times.
- Ensure pool areas comply with Health and Safety requirements.
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment where teams can thrive both physically and mentally.
