The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Junior Marketplace Executive to join our Digital Commercial Growth team.
Supporting the Marketplace business, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, e Bay, and other strategic partners.
Working closely with the Marketplace Executive, you will support product setup, marketplace account management and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, update and optimise product listings across marketplace platforms.
- Enter product data and map product attributes within internal systems and marketplace feeds.
- Review and enhance product content, including titles, descriptions, images, categories, and key product attributes.
- Monitor marketplace portals daily and complete operational tasks to ensure account health and performance.
- Log, track, and manage cases with marketplace support teams, including Amazon and e Bay.
- Support the management of marketplace-specific email inboxes and ensure queries are responded to promptly.
- Assist the Customer Service team with marketplace-related enquiries and escalations.
- Monitor product listing errors, suppressed listings, and setup issues, and work with internal teams to resolve them.
- Assist with onboarding new marketplace partners and marketplace initiatives.
