FM Conway is recruiting for a proactive and organised Administrator - Zero Hour Contract to join our Learning and Development team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of training and development activities across the business. This is a zero hour contract based at our head office in Sevenoaks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare training and induction rooms, ensuring all materials, equipment and refreshments are ready for each session.
  • Welcome trainers, assessors and delegates, provide support throughout training sessions and ensure a positive learning experience.
  • Maintain accurate learner records, attendance data and training schedules using the ICON training database and other internal systems.
  • Monitor attendance, produce training certificates and keep training records up to date and compliant.
  • Raise purchase orders, manage training resources and maintain stock levels of learning materials and equipment.
  • Manage the Learning and Development shared inbox, respond to enquiries and support colleagues with training-related information.
  • Support training campaigns, compliance activities and Learning and Development projects across the business.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Learning and Development team while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality.

Skills and Experience

You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. You are a confident communicator with strong administrative skills and a customer-focused approach, comfortable working with colleagues across the business as well as external training providers. You have experience using Microsoft Office, working with databases and internal systems. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential; experience supporting learning and development, training or HR activities would be advantageous.
