Salary: £32,689.74 an hour

Hours: 40 hours weekly

Responsibilities

• Have an excellent understanding of the SCADA system and independently fault find and rectify issues via this and the plant's equipment.
• Communicate clear instructions and information to MBT operatives to support operations with high emphasis on plant availability and performance of the biological process.
• Conduct scheduled physical inspections in accordance with company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) procedures.
• Carry out operational Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) checks and report findings with the shift supervisor and maintenance team.
• Record all defects and findings accordingly and assist with KPI data entry.
• Provide line management with specialist knowledge and hands on expertise in rectifying and preventing problems such as equipment failure, material blockages and biological process inefficiencies.
• Prepare both facilities for daily operation and carry out necessary prestart equipment checks in conjunction with the shift supervisor.
