You will direct complex, cross‑functional projects that allow Aristocrat to launch products, content, and capabilities in new regulated markets.

Your responsibilities include managing a portfolio of strategic new market entry projects, coordinating actions among Product, Technology, Commercial, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.

This role plays a key part in Aristocrat's growth strategy by providing transparency to senior leadership, encouraging timely decisions, and maintaining alignment on scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and business outcomes.

  • What You’ll Do

  • Translate market-entry scope into actionable delivery plans with clear outcomes, achievements, dependencies, owners, and critical-path activities.
  • Manage programs using approved delivery methodologies, tracking achievements, risks, actions, issues, decisions, dependencies, and delivery progress throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Drive progress across Product, Technology, Commercial, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and go-to-market teams.
  • Coordinate and facilitate delivery across multiple business functions, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making.
  • Establish and manage program governance, including steering committees, working groups, launch-readiness reviews, and decision forums.
  • Maintain program artifacts, dashboards, and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, Share Point, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Proactively identify, bring up, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact launch timelines, regulatory readiness, or business outcomes.
  • Drive visibility and accountability across workstreams, ensuring collaborators understand commitments, timelines, decisions, and delivery expectations.
  • Support prioritization of requirements and delivery trade-offs to ensure launch-critical work is clearly defined and aligned to business value.
  • Lead change management and collaborator alignment across global teams to support successful market launch and operational adoption.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience managing medium to large, complex cross‑functional programs.
  • Experience working in product‑led, technology, or digital organizations preferred.
  • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and manage up to executive levels.
  • Effective communicator who can synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with globally distributed and cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience coordinating multiple collaborators, workstreams, and dependencies across large-scale initiatives.
  • Experience with enterprise tooling (Jira, Confluence, Power BI, MS Project, etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Office for document creation, reporting, and executive presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish structure, transparency, and accountability in ambiguous environments.
  • PMP, Pg MP, and/or Agile certification a plus.
  • Prior experience working on market expansion, product launch, regulatory, compliance, or licensing-related programs is a plus.
