Aareon in London is seeking an experienced Senior People Operations Manager to join the People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You’ll lead day-to-day People Operations, partner with the VP People & Culture, and act as the senior Workday subject-matter expert across the business.
You’ll drive system governance and process improvements, handle complex employee relations, onboarding and payroll, and ensure compliant, scalable operations across the employee.
