We are looking for experienced pensions administrators to join teams in different operational areas, including Defined Benefits (DB) and Defined Contributions (DC) Schemes and Pensions Payroll teams. Our Senior Pensions Administrator will be based in our Three Bridges Crawley office supporting a portfolio of high net client(s).
Department Information
As Equiniti win more business and go from strength to strength, so do our needs for experienced Pensions Administrators to grow our teams in our Three Bridges office in Crawley. We have recently put in place a brand new training academy to offer long term career progression and the opportunity to gain professional qualifications.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide administration service to customers, working to agreed targets
- Complete, check casework and provide feedback
- Resolve customer enquiries
- Perform and issue pension calculations
- Provide technical guidance to other team members
- Identify and implement process improvements in the immediate area of work responsibility to improve throughput and customer service
- Provide on-the-job coaching to department colleagues
- Carry out projects and ad-hoc activities as determined by the Team Leader
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
