About the Role
You will be the strategic Reward partner for Nscale's Data Centres organisation.
Reporting to the VP of Reward, you will partner with executive leadership to shape how Reward supports business growth, attracts exceptional talent, and drives performance.
You'll bring commercial judgement to decisions on organisation design, compensation, incentives, and workforce investment, ensuring local business needs are balanced with a consistent global Reward philosophy.
You'll own the evolution of the Reward strategy for Power & Build while leading enterprise-wide Reward initiatives, including programmes such as Global Pay Transparency.
