We're looking for a Senior Manager Employee Engagement & Market Programmes to help us turn ambition into action.
This is a role for someone who knows how to move culture from words to behaviours.
Someone who can blend insight, influence and delivery to create real change across the Corporation and the Lloyd's Market.
What you'll do
You'll play a central role in delivering Lloyd's culture and engagement agenda, working across the Corporation, the Market and our external partners.
You'll
- Act as a subject matter expert on culture and colleague engagement, shaping strategies, tools and approaches that support new ways of working.
- Lead key market and Corporation-wide programmes, including the Market Policies & Practices (MP&P), Culture Survey and Culture Upskilling.
- Turn complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights that drive action and meet regulatory expectations around culture maturity.
- Design and deliver engagement surveys, working closely with external providers and senior leaders to track progress and impact.
- Create high-quality reports and presentations that land clearly with senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Lead Lloyd's charitable partnerships, fundraising and volunteering programmes, ensuring they deliver meaningful impact for our communities.
- Build strong relationships with delivery partners and suppliers, managing outcomes, budgets and quality.
And you'll do all this while collaborating closely across the Culture, Talent & Communities team to deliver the Global People Strategy.
