About the Role
The Senior Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving regional marketing strategy, execution, and pipeline impact in close partnership with local sales leaders for EMEA North.
This role serves as the regional marketing owner (RMO) in EMEA North (UKI, Benelux, Nordics) and is accountable for developing and activating localized marketing programs that support awareness, demand generation, and deal acceleration.
They collaborate closely with Integrated Campaign Marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Digital to adapt global programs for regional needs, while also creating net-new initiatives tailored to local personas, industries, and market dynamics.
This role requires strong cross-functional alignment, an understanding of regional sales priorities, and the ability to convert insights into effective field marketing activities that contribute measurable revenue impact.
What you'll be doing
- Regional marketing ownership: Serve as the primary marketing partner for the regional sales leader, aligning on goals, pipeline needs, target accounts, and territory-level strategy.
Build regional plans that support both top-of-funnel awareness, bottom-of-funnel conversion, and pipeline acceleration.
- Campaign execution: Localize and activate global campaigns for the region, ensuring messaging, assets, channels, and tactics resonate with regional audiences and market conditions.
- Event strategy and management: Plan and manage all aspects of regional in-person and virtual events including logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, promotions, and on-site management.
Ensure events contribute meaningfully to pipeline generation.
- Account-based and targeted programs: Partner with Sales to design regional ABM initiative, workshops, executive briefings, and account-specific activations to advance opportunities and influence buying committees.
Work with the global ABM function to support activation.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Campaigns, Product Marketing, Digital, and Events to ensure consistent execution, messaging alignment, and visibility into regional priorities.
- Lead generation and nurturing: Execute regional programs that create qualified leads and support movement through the funnel.
Align with Revenue Operations and Sales to ensure timely routing, follow-up, and measurement.
- Localization: Adapt assets, messaging, and tactics for cultural relevance, language needs, and market fit. Coordinate with translation providers or agencies as required.
- Performance tracking and reporting: Establish KPIs for field marketing activities, track performance, analyze pipeline impact, and provide data-driven insights to Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Budget and vendor management: Manage the regional marketing budget and vendor relationships, ensuring investment efficiency and high-quality program execution.
- Regional insights: Provide ongoing feedback to Product Marketing, Campaigns, and leadership regarding customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging trends in the region.
What you bring
Must Haves
- Significant experience in B2B or Saa S marketing, with a strong focus on field marketing, regional programs, or demand generation.
- Proven ability to partner closely with Sales leaders and convert regional priorities into actionable marketing plans.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple programs, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in event management, regional campaign execution, and pipeline-driving activities.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess program performance, interpret revenue impact, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently, operate with a high degree of ownership, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Annual Total Cash (base salary + 100% variable, where applicable): United States: $131,300.00 to $211,600.00
- United Kingdom: £82,400.00 to £135,600.00
- Singapore: S$163,000.00 to S$244,500.00
