What you’ll be doing
We’re looking for someone to help bring our digital experiences to life.
You’ll be the expert on copy, tone and personality of apps and websites our customers rely on every day.
Within this team, you’ll combine research and insights with clear, people‑focused language to refine and develop conversations with customers.
You’ll give and receive feedback to key internal customers and work closely with product teams to create success metrics.
- Create engaging, readable, accessible content that gives customers great digital experiences.
- Develop genuine empathy for people, understanding their needs, aspirations and challenges.
- Take ownership as the content expert in an agile environment.
- Think strategically about how conversations can evolve and spot opportunities to link into other experiences.
- Share expertise to help shape the overall design approach.
- Provide consistency in the way we converse with customers across topics and touchpoints.
- Promote and demonstrate how effective writing helps customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience as a UX writer, conversation designer or content designer.
- Familiarity working in a complex landscape – ideally financial services.
- Collaborative attitude ready to be part of a busy multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility in writing on‑brand content in multiple tones of voice.
- Confidence in writing concise, clear and consistent copy for different channels.
- Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across product, risk, legal and branding teams.
