Senior Chef de Partie - Fine Dining, Canapés & Luxury Events

As Senior Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section, leading the production of elegant canapés, bowl food, and event menus while helping to inspire and develop junior members of the team.
Responsibilities
- Run your section confidently during a busy, high-volume daytime service.
- Create and present luxury canapés, fine-dining dishes, and event catering to exceptional standards.
- Deliver consistency, precision, and attention to detail across all production.
- Lead by example and support the development of junior chefs.
- Work alongside senior chefs to execute seamless, high-quality service.
- Prepare mise en place for premium hospitality events and corporate functions.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and allergen compliance.
- Manage stock rotation, labeling, storage, and deliveries.
- Keep your section organized, efficient, and service-ready at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie within a high-end, high-volume kitchen.
- Strong background in luxury canapés, bowl food, and event-led fine dining.
- Experience within AA Rosette, Michelin-starred, or luxury 5-star environments.
- Confident leading a section and mentoring junior team members.
- Calm and organized under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive attitude.
- Professional, reliable, and passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality.
