Job Description
You will help define and deliver a series of diverse key projects with the team, working with Version 1's clients in the Public Sector.
- End-to-end project involvement from leading workshops through to design and delivery phases.
- Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
- Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification documents.
- Stakeholder management across all levels from C-suite through to on-the-ground developers internally and with clients.
- Support UAT during all phases of testing to ensure that the solutions are ready for release.
Qualifications
- Business Analysis experience within a consultancy, services provider, or public sector organisation.
- Proven track record in producing high-quality Business Requirements Documents, Business Process Mapping and documentation skills.
- Agile delivery experience and a working background within an Agile delivery team.
- Digital or application modernisation project experience.
- Experience in reviewing Functional Specification Documents produced by peers (peer review) to ensure alignment with Business Requirements Specification documents.
- Experience on both large-scale and smaller projects, responsible for defining and designing business solutions.
- Understanding of technology and IT systems.
- Good project management skills, planning and scheduling own work to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain complicated processes and concepts to non-experts.
