Service Support Specialist – Manchester, UK
We are looking for a dedicated Service Support Specialist to join our team in the Salford Quays office in Manchester, with the possibility to work remotely up to two days per week.
Responsibilities
- Proactively interact with customers over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalation.
- Manage our bespoke Case Management System.
- Create work orders, offers, and contracts for repairs and maintenance in Service Max.
- Investigate service finance queries, create credit notes and re‑invoicing.
- Collaborate with Service Sales Representatives and Sales teams to improve processes and engage in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures.
Qualifications
- Fluent or native level in English.
- Minimum 3years progressive administrative experience in a business‑to‑business environment.
- Proficient use of PC and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience working with various administrative systems.
