The Role - SDR France & DACH

As an SDR covering France and Germany, you'll be at the front line of Genetec's commercial expansion-converting inbound leads into qualified meetings and building outbound pipeline across two of Europe's most strategically important markets.

Working at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, you'll engage enterprise prospects, build relationships with key decision-makers, and play a direct role in helping Genetec win new business across the region.

The role is based in London, with an expectation to work three days per week in the office.

  • What your day will look like
  • Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers across French and German enterprise accounts, building targeted prospect lists by vertical, company size, and buying signals.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, and Linked In.
  • Leverage tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Zoom Info to identify, sequence, and engage prospects at scale.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the France and Germany Account Executives and the EMEA Marketing team, aligning on campaigns, ABM initiatives, and local events.
  • Exceed daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generation targets aligned with France and Germany revenue objectives.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to operate fluently in French- and German-speaking professional environments.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take initiative independently.

  • Professional and adaptable across both formal and informal business environments.
  • Experience in a B2B sales or lead generation role.
  • Experience with inbound prospecting is required; outbound prospecting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in a metrics-driven environment, with the ability to consistently achieve activity and conversion targets.
  • Language Skills
  • French: Native or full professional proficiency (written and spoken) - required.
  • German: Native or full professional proficiency (written and spoken) - required.
  • English: Full professional proficiency.
  • Additional European languages are considered an asset.
