Harrods at Gatwick Airport incorporates all the glamour and luxury of our Knightsbridge store with the energy and excitement of the terminal.
As a Sales Associate you will add memorable moments of delight to customers as they peruse our Harrods store at Gatwick.
You will bring your retail experience to our airport location to create an unforgettable experience for visitors from around the world.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all products within the department.
- Increase sales by selecting products to meet customer requirements.
- Understand and properly execute all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions.
- Ensure full compliance with store procedures and policies.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail.
- A genuine interest and passion for Harrods.
- Self-motivated to learn and develop product and industry knowledge.
- Ability to think creatively to surprise and delight customers with exceptional service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work within a team.
- Excellent organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
- Ability to work morning and evening shifts, as well as weekends.

- References for the last five years are required and a Criminal Record Check is needed to obtain an airside pass.
- Airside pass applications are currently taking approximately 5 months from the point of application; further details will be provided at interview stage.
